Another unhappy customer

More and more unhappy customers seem to take their frustration to the internet and they are apparently finding a receptive audience there. Pat Lee is not too thrilled with his iPhone service from AT&T and created a little commercial to let others know how he feels and encourage them to push Apple to stop the AT&T exclusivity contract. Is this possibly just clever guerrilla marketing for Verizon?
