Leaving an impression

Many brands really to leave a lasting impression but it seems that the folks at MASSAD, the oldest S&M magazine in the Netherlands took that point much more literally. During certain parties, Sofia Valentine - a well known Dutch porn actress walked around and made sure that people remembered and talked about MASSAD. Would that be considered spankvertising?
