Sharks out there
Another guerrilla marketing stunt for Discover Channel's Shark Week was set up on Lexington Avenue in NYC. But do the busy New Yorkers just have their heads down and march with purpose past this lifeguard tower? At least the lifeguard is high enough so he won't get robbed. :-)

Impactful marketing
If you are interested in having a party in Portugal you may want to get in touch with the folks at J&B. Their guerrilla marketing effort seems to indicate that they know how to have a ball.

Oreo please
Here is a nice little guerrilla marketing idea for Oreo cookies utilizing a glass elevator. Got milk need cookie. :-)
Who cares that the Oreo elevator is in the building of the agency who came up with the idea, it has now found the internet.

Tour de France ambient marketing
To promote their endurance coverage of the 2008 Tour De France, SBS Australia is using an Australian cyclist who pedals every day of the 21 stages of the Tour De France to power a scrolling billboard. Considering though that the cyclist powers the billboard during those days from 8am to 4pm, I would call that very dedicated ambient marketing.

Wrap that message
In Lisbon, Portugal several construction sites downtown have large canvases wrapped around the scaffolding and that surely should prevent that "stuff" falls down on passersby below. It also is a great opportunity for ambient marketing people to get their message in a big way to lots of folks in a hurry. Several buildings actually had no signs of construction whatsoever, only those huge ambient billboards.
