In Belgium the Red Cross worked with Studio Brussels to create awareness about drinkable water needs in certain African countries. Their unorthodox but effective guerrilla marketing campaign utilized a black boy who visited various TV studios during the shows and drank the water meant for the TV personality or his/her guest/s. Sweet.
Some folks might frown on this as not being politically correct, but hey, PC is a fairly subjective term. :-)

Very cool idea.
This beats the cr*p out of the "Stand up to Cancer" campaign. It's more innovative and cost a lot less.
