Is it still guerrilla marketing?
When you pay a city to for the privilege to stencil / paint marketing messages on sidewalks and bike paths, is that still considered guerrilla marketing? Or should the question more so be, what are they actually promoting? Is it all about cracking eggs, or are we looking at a helmet safety PSA?
