Expensive guerrilla marketing?

The assumption often is that all guerrilla marketing is inexpensive and that is certainly not true. The idea is indeed to outwit the competition and not neccessarily outspend them, but that does not mean cheap or at no cost. But sometimes it is truly inexpensive as in the guerrilla marketing example for Nike soccer guerrilla below.
